Ms. Khashmati was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2011. Ms. Khashmati is a member American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Lyaman F. Khashmati graduated from International American University, Cyprus with Honors in 1999 and obtained her Master’s Degree from University of Sheffield, UK in 2001. Early in her career, Lyaman worked for Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and dealt with various Human Rights issues. Ms. Khashmati was admitted to practice law in New York State in 2005. Ms. Khashmati is a member of New York City Trial Lawyers Association and Queens County Bar Association. Her patience, persistence, dedication and determination are the hallmarks of her work. Lyaman is a multilingual attorney and she is fluent in Russian and Turkish languages.
